Mac works with clients 1:1 through Transform and Athlete, and in a live group setting inside the MBM Circle. Every program is written by Mac and adjusted weekly against your actual data, not a template.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Your program is built around whatever you have. Full gym, garage setup, hotel gym or bodyweight.

How long until I see results?

Most clients feel a shift in the first 3–4 weeks. Visible physique change lands in 12–16 weeks of consistent work.

Do you do meal plans?

Yes. Meal plans are completely tailored to each individual and updated weekly based on your check-in, progress and preferences.

What if I travel a lot?

Programs flex around travel and FIFO rosters. That's normal, not a special request.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Complete every check-in for 90 days, hit your daily goals and habits daily and send Mac daily photos of your food and training, and if you don't see change Mac coaches you free until you do. Guardrails keep the guarantee real.

Can I cancel?

Transform and Athlete have a minimum term of 12 weeks and require 1 month written notice to cancel. The MBM Circle bills monthly with a 1-month cancel option.

Anywhere with an internet connection. Most clients are in Australia, UK, US, Canada and Singapore.
