How much time do I need to commit?

Most clients train 3–5 days a week, depending on their schedule and goals. I design your program around the time you actually have.

What if I have injuries?

We work around them. Every plan is built to keep you progressing safely while respecting any current limitations.

What is the price?

Pricing starts at $549/month for 3 months and a $449/month for 6 months This ensures you get the highest level of personalisation and attention. But if you pay in full now, you get 10% off. That $1349 for 3 months and $2319 for 6 months
